Booking Policy:

Pousada Rosa has: Indoor parking, reception until 8 pm, swimming pool, games room, kiosks with barbecue, wireless internet.

 Check-in: From 13:00 until 20:00
 Checkout: From 08:30 until 11:00
 To anticipate the arrival time or postpone the departure time, consult prices and availability in advance.
 The mains voltage is 220 volts.
 Children up to 4 years old do not pay.
 Reservations will be confirmed only after sending proof of payment of deposit of 50% of the value of the stay.
 The remaining balance must be paid at Check-in in cash, credit or debit card

Cancellation Policy

 The consumer may withdraw from the contract, within 7 days from its signature of the service. After this period we do not refund the money paid.

 Cancellation or change with less than 7 days, NO-SHOW, cancellation or change after CHECK-IN: penalty of 100% of the reservation amount

 
Pets Policy

Here at Pousada Rosa, Pets are welcome! And for your best friend's and other guests' stay to be as peaceful as possible, it is necessary to follow a hosting policy, described below:

 Up to two small animals are allowed per house, that is, pets considered companionship, with up to 10 Kg;

 For the safety and well-being of everyone, do not let your pet walk through the common areas of the inn without a collar.

 Pets are not allowed in the pool, games room and breakfast room.

 Cleaning of liquid or solid waste is the guest's entire responsibility. The cleaning of the house will only be carried out without the presence of the Pet. Therefore, it is necessary to schedule the cleaning with the reception.

 Pets love to run, but children are not always comfortable with their presence. Avoid inconvenience, ALWAYS use the guide to walk your PET.

 If the Pet depreciates items in the house, such as furniture and bedding or the structure of the inn, a fee will be charged according to the value of the damaged item.
